I purchased a subscription by an accident. Can I have a refund?
We're sorry for the trouble. Since all purchases are processed directly by the App Store, we are unable to issue a refund. However, you can request a refund from the App Store.

To do that:
Step 1
Step 2
Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
Step 3
Tap 'Report' or 'Report a Problem' button.
Step 4
Follow the instructions to submit your request.
* Please note that refunds cannot be requested for unpaid or pending orders.
