I have an active subscription, but I can't access all of the features. What do I do?
Don't worry, your subscription is still there.

To get your Prequel Gold access back go to Settings > Restore subscription in the app. Or you can tap 'Restore purchase' button at the offer screen. After that, force close the app and start it again.

*Please note that a new subscription won't be added to your current one. Purchasing of a new subscription will automatically deactivate your current subscription.
